Important: within selfcare provides holistic guidance, herbal self-care education, workshops and retreats. It is not a pharmacy, not an online pharmacy, and not a medical practice. Herbal preparations mentioned on this site are prepared and dispensed exclusively by Palamidis Pharmacy under pharmacy law; within selfcare itself sells no medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Prices
All prices shown on this website are final prices in Euro. As a small business, within selfcare is exempt from VAT (Art. 39 Greek VAT Code), so no VAT is added.
Consumer disputes (ADR)
For any dispute concerning our services you can contact us first — sofia@within.gr; we answer, and we sort things out directly wherever we can. Beyond that, consumers in Greece may turn to the certified alternative-dispute-resolution body: the Hellenic Consumer’s Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), 144 Alexandras Ave., 114 71 Athens, synigoroskatanaloti.gr. The former EU online-dispute-resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists.
